He completed his internship in general surgery and his residency in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at the Penn State Milton Hershey Medical Center. Dr. Orsini then served as an Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology at Penn State Hershey Medical Center. Before joining Doctors John F. Moyer, Michael C. Bell and Stephen M. Froman in 1983. Dr. Orsini is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
