Financial Policy

All copayments and unpaid deductibles are due at the time of service. Unpaid balances must be paid in order to continue with treatment or services.

We will bill the insurance company for services and balances will be billed to the patients.

We understand that financial hardship may arise. We will review these on a case by case basis.
